At One with Nature
Every hole of our original Robert Muir Graves creation has been maximized by renowned golf architect Carter Morrish, son of Jay Morrish. With nature abound, the deer in the distance kick up a flock of wild turkeys from Prospect Creek which runs alongside the ample fairway.
Landing the green in two, you are challenged by a back-rolling ball that lines itself up for a perfect putt to save Par. This track meanders up and through the mountain's edge and invites the avid golfer to put their skill on the line.
NCGA has appropriately ranked this majestic course as a par 68 with an optional 18 hole ranking for competitive tournament play. NCGA Blog - Saratoga Country Club Celebrates 60th Anniversary

Whether you are coming out for a tee time with friends, or participating in club tournaments and signature events, Saratoga Country Club offers something for every type of golfer.
Our traditional Men's Club has been meeting Saturdays weekly since 1962. We offer two stellar womens' golf groups, 9-Hole WNHGA "Saratoga Niners" and our competitive 18-Hole Ladies who play with the Pacific Women's Golf Association.
Other ad-hock games like our Tee Sheet Traders, who play afternoon rounds once the market closes and our Wednesday evening Skins Game balance out the 180+ traditional mini-tournaments each year that our dedicated staff put together for your enjoyment.
Our Professional Community
The golf community here at SCC quickly becomes a cherished extension of your family. Our professional golf staff shares their golf-centric passion daily as they bring excitement and energy to the beginning of your round.
From lessons to a tune up, our PGA certified Professionals can help you achieve your best game yet.
PGA Director of Instruction, Micah Hall, can troubleshoot your pain points and coach the shanks right out of your game.
PGA Head Golf Professional, Louise Hall, can start beginners or re-connect your game if you have been out of the swing. Louise most recently was awarded with the 2021 Northern California PGA Women's Player of the Year while being recognized for her distance off the tee, creativity and shot making.
Junior Golf
Justifiably proud, our members and golf professionals join forces to support budding junior golfers and nurture a passion for the sport. As the home course for the Saratoga High School boys and girls' golf teams, our coaches help juniors achieve respected seasonal finishes.
Springtime marks the beginning of Bay Cities League, an aspiring group of junior golfers under the age of 21 who enjoy competitive match play and organized amateur level events. Coached by dedicated members Dave Gragnola, Shane Yang, Jim Dalton and Melanie Hinse, our BCL juniors learn not only how to read greens, manage their distance and crush their short game, but also how to balance the pressure of competition and focus on their personal best. Most years, we have 3-5 nationally ranked amateur level players who go on to compete for scholarships and national rankings, giving our members one more great point of pride as we celebrate the golf community.
Player Development Facilities
Most professional golfers will tell you a match is won and lost in the short game. Here at SCC, we offer full amenities for every golfer to accomplish goals all of the goals necessary to achieve a higher level of play.
Our 10-bay driving range can be accessed from the early morning hours to just past dusk and has a coaching barn with TrackMan to video analyze your swing. Our ten bays offer grass and mat playing options.
Our three practice greens will allow for you to simulate the drops you want to see on the course.
Technology Meets Turfgrass
Some say one makes their own luck. With the daily efforts of our hard working grounds and greens crew, we couldn't be any luckier!
Under the direction of accomplished Course Superintendent, Cavin Brown, and his respected staff, they care for our every need, earning our club the reputation for having immaculate tournament-style playing conditions.
Managing more than just "ground and greens" this crew of ten use technology to tackle turfgrass issues like fertilization, pest control and water conservation.
